1. Processing Time
Each order requires a production and fulfillment period before shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
2. Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States.
Please note that delivery times are calculated from the shipment date and do not include processing time.
3. Shipping Fee
We offer simple and transparent shipping rates. A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
The shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before your order is completed.
4. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system. You may also use our Track Your Order page to monitor your shipment status.
5. Shipping Address Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be reshipped.
6. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this occurs, separate tracking numbers may be provided for each shipment.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or the shipping carrier.
